Accountable for timely and accurate preparation and submission of export/import documentation while adhering to IOPs and escalation protocols.
Own the end-to-end process execution in Oracle TMS environment including troubleshooting process issues and ensuring data quality to meet SLAs and KPIs.
Conduct root cause analysis, support testing and deployment activities, create and manage SOPs/IOPs, and provide feedback to improve system and process performance.
2-4 years of experience in OTMS execution and process task handling.
Ability to operate as an individual contributor delivering on KPIs and daily tasks.
Experience with process documentation (IOP/SOP) and data quality management in logistics or supply chain context.
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in related process execution roles involving Oracle TMS or equivalent.
Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving complex process issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Capable of horizontal stitching of end-to-end processes with understanding of process maps and file management.
Comfortable with project analysis, testing cycles, data input coordination, and working independently within global project teams.
