Lead and manage Area Programs (AP) including staff coordination, partnership development, and operational efficiency aligned with national and organizational strategies.
Develop and implement AP Annual Operating Plan and budgets ensuring quality program delivery, compliance with standards, and integration of cross-cutting themes like disaster management and advocacy.
Oversee program monitoring, evaluation, reporting, asset management, safeguarding compliance, and represent the organization to external stakeholders at the AP level.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Studies, Business Administration, Rural Development, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience coordinating programs/projects with understanding of project management cycle.
Completed Project Management for NGO course.
