Lead and manage a team of 15-20 employees in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes including Billing, Cash Posting, Credit Balance, Accounts Receivables, Denial Management, and Correspondence review.
Generate, analyze, and distribute operational and RCM metrics reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to leadership, identify trends/issues, and implement action plans to resolve accounts receivable problems.
Allocate work within the team, monitor performance, prepare scorecards to track KPIs, support volume forecasting and capacity planning, and engage in client interactions during US night shifts.
5+ years of industry experience with at least 3+ years in relevant billing functions within RCM.
Proficient in MS Excel including creating Excel macros for reporting and data analysis.
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Willingness to work in night shift / US timings.
Experienced in managing mid-sized teams with operational accountability in healthcare RCM environments.
Strong data analytics skills with ability to generate actionable insights from RCM metrics and performance reports.
Comfortable working across multiple tasks and collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams in a night shift setting.
