Develop and maintain end-to-end features in React/TypeScript (front-end), Django/Python (back-end), and PostgreSQL for a Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) platform supporting multiple business units.
Ensure pricing logic and business rules are consistent and correct across front-end instant calculations and back-end authoritative logic, owning shared rule definitions and validation workflows.
Collaborate with Commercial Finance, PMO, and business stakeholders to translate business rules into testable logic, participate in code reviews, and contribute to architecture and documentation efforts.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of IT professional experience and at least 3 years with Django and Python including building REST APIs.
Experience with React/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, relational data modeling, and code reviews.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years IT experience including 3 years Django/Python development.
Experienced full-stack developer comfortable working across front-end and back-end technologies specifically for CPQ or business-critical finance applications.
Proven ability to reverse engineer and maintain legacy systems, with strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including finance and PMO.
Competent in maintaining code quality and standards, and able to operate in hybrid waterfall and agile/scrum environments.
