Oversee daily operations of facility including janitorial, life-safety, engineering, site services, and maintenance ensuring compliance with policies and contracts
Manage maintenance programs and promptly address building maintenance requests under Facility Manager guidance
Prepare and manage budgets, contracts, financial reports, and facility documentation; proactively inspect facility and ensure tenant/vendor compliance
Associate’s degree in facilities management, building, business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
3-5 years relevant experience in commercial or industrial real estate facility management required
Experience with maintenance, construction, engineering, building management preferred; CMMS/Work Order Management experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to read construction specifications and blueprints; familiarity with management contracts and financial systems (Yardi a plus)
Proven experience managing comprehensive facility operations in a commercial/industrial real estate environment
Strong financial management skills with budgeting, forecasting, and contract administration experience
Comfortable working under high operational accountability with ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder compliance and reporting
