5 to 8 years total work experience with minimum 5 years in networking and minimum 3 years hands-on SD-WAN experience.

CCNA training completed (CCNA certification preferred but not mandatory).
Location: Must work onsite from Mangalore office; availability for rotational shifts required.
Experienced in enterprise network environments focusing on Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, and Firewall technologies (FortiGate or Palo Alto).
Comfortable operating in a 24x7 support model with incident resolution and escalations across internal and vendor teams.
Capable of working independently while coordinating across teams; proficient in technical troubleshooting, ticketing, and process adherence.
