Lead and manage insurance operations team to ensure process adherence, achieve performance metrics, and maintain quality results.
Develop and deliver training programs, including onboarding and refreshers, to build team capability and close knowledge gaps.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and risk frameworks while supporting process improvement initiatives.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in team leadership and people management.
Experience in General Insurance with knowledge of policy review, claims, endorsements, preferably Property & Casualty and Employee Health & Benefits.
Must work a fixed shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM and attend office at least three days a week in Gurugram (hybrid).
Excellent communication and facilitation skills with problem-solving ability.
Experience designing and facilitating development programs demonstrating strong program management skills.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced insurance operations environment with focus on team and process management.
Familiarity or certification in Marsh US insurance processes or other insurance-related certifications to enhance domain expertise.
