Lead planning and execution of the quality monitoring program with full oversight of quality reviews.
Act as primary contact for tracking quality performance and metrics, preparing reports, dashboards, and scorecards to analyze KPIs, risks, and trends.

Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (e.g., CA, ACCA, US CPA).
3-4 years of post-qualification experience in external audit including audit quality reviews and engagement monitoring.
Experience in System of Quality Management (SoQM) reviews or related quality framework implementation/monitoring.
Strong understanding of auditing standards, risk assessment frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
Proven capability engaging with senior stakeholders and driving audit quality, risk, or compliance initiatives.
Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting quality review results and recommending sustainable improvements.
Experience or familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and data analytics/visualization tools to enhance decision-making.
