Support end-to-end delivery of multiple operational projects within a program from intake to closure.
Build and maintain program plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting to ensure projects meet scope, time, and business objectives.
Track program KPIs and provide insights; coordinate audits, change management, and quality management system (QMS) maintenance aligned with standards and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field required.
Minimum 4 years of overall relevant work experience in related field.
Mandatory certifications: PMP and Six Sigma Greenbelt; Six Sigma Black Belt certification desirable.
Knowledge of ISO9000 quality system and ISO 9001:2015 certification required.
Experienced in continuous improvement with knowledge of lean tools and quality standards.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to write clear SOPs, job aids, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Demonstrates capability in data analysis, stakeholder management, and linking projects to business KPIs.
