Own and drive execution of key business strategy initiatives for the country, ensuring milestone achievement and outcome delivery.
Establish and manage governance rhythms (IRC, reviews, dashboards) and cross-functional coordination to accelerate decision-making across sales, BU, finance, HR, marketing, GCCs, and global stakeholders.
