Own the translation of business requirements into technical user stories and manage product backlogs for software development teams.
Facilitate cross-functional discussions between business and technical teams to drive consensus and support Agile delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.
5+ years experience in roles such as Technical Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Scrum Master supporting software development teams.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC methodologies and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and monitoring platforms (Splunk, Grafana, etc.).
Working knowledge of MongoDB/NoSQL querying, APIs, microservices, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Experience operating in Agile and Scrum environments, managing product backlogs, and translating complex business needs into technical solutions.
Comfortable working with multiple data sources and analytics tools to generate actionable insights for operational and product improvements.
Prior exposure to financial services or fintech domain and supporting enterprise platforms, workflow or automation systems is preferred but not mandatory.
