Lead and coordinate business process analysis, integration, and documentation across multiple Business Process COE areas (OTC, DTC, PTP, FICO, MDM).
Manage system enabler design and testing to support future state business processes, including coordinating defect diagnosis and corrective actions.
Conduct workshops, training, and presentations to validate processes and solutions with end-users, providing post-implementation support and managing data conversion and change management activities.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Experience with SAP/S4 is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant roles.
Experienced in business process modeling and mapping within business process areas related to sales and distribution, particularly in Fashion retail.
Ability to engage end-user communities effectively for training, workshops, and solution validation with decision-making empowerment on functional and operational changes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence for project and story management is advantageous.
