Coordinate and execute proactive and reactive maintenance activities beyond 2nd Level Operations for Packet Core network services.
Provide 2nd Level support and incident management for Packet Core technologies including GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, LTE on multi-vendor platforms with focus on vEPC components like MME/EPG.
Produce weekly/monthly reports and trend analysis to support Packet Core service quality and participate in root cause analysis of network outages.
3-5 years of relevant experience in Packet Core Operations or Telecom Operations.
Experience with GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, LTE Packet Core technologies specifically vEPC (MME/EPG) on virtual platforms.

Competent working in a cross-domain telecom operations environment, collaborating with internal technical and SOC teams and external vendor support.
Experience providing 2nd Level assurance, incident and problem management with a focus on network capacity, performance and reconfiguration.
Ability to analyze operational processes and recommend improvements for Packet Core services quality and SLA adherence.
