Drive and participate in major transformation and continuous improvement projects within RtR, ensuring integration with organizational structure and culture.
Develop and manage performance metrics, maintain process knowledge, and lead a team of 1-2 subject matter experts across locations.
Qualified Accountant or equivalent Business Management degree in finance and accounts.
10-12 years of overall experience in Financial Accounting, specifically in Record to Report operations.

Experienced in translating business and financial accounting requirements into SAP IT design for RtR compliance and process improvement.
Proven track record leading change projects and managing complex stakeholder relationships including senior leaders across finance, IT, and service providers.
Background preferably includes Unilever Finance knowledge especially in MCO/Country controlling or global expertise roles, with deep understanding of Unilever's financial policies and controls.
