English proficiency at upper-intermediate or higher; work location: Pune, India.
Strong hands-on experience coding with solid understanding of data structures, design patterns, and architectural principles relevant to distributed and microservices systems.
Ability to integrate quickly into an existing development team and contribute to strategic delivery commitments, including AI tools like Github Copilot and Gemini.
Preference for candidates with banking domain experience is a plus but not mandatory.
