Own program management and delivery support for key strategic business initiatives within Institutional Securities Global Markets, coordinating across business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.
Manage multi-workstream consulting engagements focused on transformation, regulatory change, and operational improvements across front office, risk, finance, and technology teams.
Track and analyze engagement metrics including staffing, budgets, and performance while supporting risk monitoring and remediation planning.
6-10+ years of professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation.
Strong understanding of Sales & Trading / Global Markets ecosystem including trading products, trade lifecycle, risk management, and regulatory drivers.

Operates effectively at senior stakeholder levels, collaborating across business, technology, operations, and risk functions.
Deep domain knowledge of front-to-back global markets functions and strong data/technology acumen, including experience leveraging analytics and automation for process improvement.
