Manage end-to-end delivery of Building Tech Capacity programs across India and APAC Tech Centers, enabling mission advancement via tech implementation, consultation, and education.
Track and report on program progress, deliverables, data, outcomes, and impact; produce presentations and business cases for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships and communications with internal/external stakeholders, volunteers, and nonprofit partners; coordinate resources, budgets, and schedules; support domestic travel for program execution.
2+ years' experience in technical program management or leading complex tech projects.
3+ years' experience in project or program management including project planning, resource allocation, risk management in global team context.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentations; strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Work Experience Required: At least 3 years in program/project management roles, specifically within global teams; experience with stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience working at scale in global technology teams with complex program delivery responsibilities.
Strong data analysis and storytelling skills to communicate program impact and influence stakeholders.
Familiarity with socially focused organizations and some technical knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools preferred.
