Own end-to-end management of agency investment processes including project setups, budgeting, and invoicing for clients and agency initiatives.
Coordinate administrative, billing, and compliance tasks by partnering with Business and Project Managers and internal teams, ensuring timesheet and billing worksheet compliance.
Maintain financial databases, prepare reconciliations, manage vendor paperwork and contracts, and ensure audit trail completeness while supporting FP&A and Project Management functions.
8–12 years of experience in business FP&A operations (mandatory).
Bachelor’s or Post Graduate Degree in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel; ability to learn new ERP or BI tools quickly.
Work Location: Hyderabad/Gurgaon with Hybrid work mode (3 days in office). Work Hours: 4pm to 1am IST (5am to 2am IST during daylight saving).
Experienced in financial processes with ability to understand and analyze P&L and US GAAP standards.
Comfortable managing cross-functional collaboration across finance, legal, and operational teams in a global agency environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX, MediaOcean, Hyperion Financial Management, or Power BI tools is advantageous.
