Support low complexity lifecycle tasks and identify process improvement opportunities within Securities Operations.
Review and resolve basic or tactical issues related to trade lifecycle with guidance, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in operational processes such as client onboarding, cash payments, securities settlement, and general ledger reconciliation, contributing to project implementation and data analysis.
Minimum 4 years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent through work, training, military, or education.
Experience or familiarity with automation tools such as Tachyon, Alteryx, Co-pilot, Xceptor, OCR or similar is required.
Must have good communication skills and attention to detail, with proven stability and consistency.
Work shifts are rotational between 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST and 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST with shift allowance.
Candidate who can operate within defined parameters focusing on low complexity tasks with a developing understanding of securities operations.
Experience working with or a mindset towards automation to support operational efficiencies and data quality.
Individual capable of collaborating effectively across teams and handling operational issues with attention to detail and consistency.
