Plan, schedule, and monitor materials and manufacturing activities throughout the project execution lifecycle to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate across procurement, production, engineering, logistics, and contract manufacturers to align material availability, manufacturing capacity, and execution plans.
Evaluate and allocate projects to contract manufacturers, monitor their performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline.
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in Manufacturing Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Project Execution, Procurement Planning, or Contract Manufacturing Management.
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Excel, and data analysis.
Knowledge of production planning & scheduling, material requirement planning (MRP), capacity planning, and vendor/contract manufacturer management.
Experienced in coordinating multi-vendor manufacturing and supply chain environments with operational accountability for delivery schedules.
Capable of working cross-functionally with project managers, engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers to mitigate risks and solve execution challenges.
Comfortable managing contract manufacturers including performance evaluation, project allocation, and vendor development.
