5–9 years of experience as EA/PA supporting C-suite or senior leadership in a GTH, MNC, consulting firm, or large Indian conglomerate.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-timezone calendars independently and handle confidential information with integrity.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (SharePoint, Zoom, Slack).
Experience supporting leadership in consumer goods, retail, or technology sectors preferred.
Familiarity with GTH/Shared Services models and matrixed organizational structures.
Operationally skilled at managing global travel including visa and protocol coordination and comfortable preparing board-quality communications and strategic documentation.
