15+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or related roles in technology services.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test case management tools (Quality Center, Rational Quality Manager, Jira-XRAY).
Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall and Agile).
Experience with low/no-code test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, TOSCA, UFT) and exposure to AI tools for QA automation.

Strong background in both manual and automated testing within Agile and Waterfall SDLC models.
Familiarity or experience in Finance domain and regulatory processes is a significant advantage.
