Knowledge of security principles (confidentiality, integrity, availability), vulnerabilities, network protocols, risk analysis; familiar with ITIL and experience in 24x7x365 operations.

Experienced in handling end-to-end enterprise security incident response exercises and documentation with cross-functional coordination.
Comfortable managing compliance through GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, PCI DSS frameworks and supporting audit readiness.
Capable of working with diverse stakeholders, communicating technical and non-technical content effectively in a dynamic, global security operations environment.
