IN_Manager_Infra Transformation Practice_Capital Projects & Infrastructure_Advisory_Gurgaon

Design and manage PMO governance structures, improve reporting, decision-making frameworks, and maintain project progress monitoring in capital projects.

Track and analyze project controls including schedules, milestones, variances to provide actionable insights for successful capital project delivery.

Implement and maintain digital solutions such as dashboards, automated reporting, and AI-enabled analytics using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and advanced Excel to support project data integration and workflows.

7+ years of hands-on experience in capital project environments focused on PMO, governance, project controls, digital transformation, and reporting/analytics.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline mandatory; Postgraduate qualification or MBA is a plus.

Experience with PMO setup/transformation, digital dashboard/MIS implementation, schedule analytics, data automation, and AI/advanced analytics in project environments required.

Location: Mumbai / Delhi / Bengaluru / Ahmedabad / Kolkata / Client site; travel up to 50% per month as project demands.

Experienced in managing governance and delivery of complex infrastructure and capital projects, preferably in sectors like roads, energy, industrial infrastructure, semiconductors, or manufacturing.

Operates effectively in live capital programs with hands-on knowledge of cutting-edge digital tools including AI-enabled analytics and Microsoft Fabric technology.

Skilled in stakeholder coordination, executive communication, and driving transformation roadmaps for large-scale project environments.
