Own end-to-end daily accounting, monthly book close, and financial reporting for the Terminal entity, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate closely with Terminal Head of Finance and finance business partners to support strategy, improve reporting, and drive process standardization across ATR processes.

Skilled in coaching and developing accountants, driving process improvements and compliance adherence through regular audits and gemba walks.
Capable of managing change and stakeholder resistance calmly while ensuring standards and controls are adhered to.
