Bachelor's degree required.
4-6 years professional experience in economics, consulting, real estate, or related fields.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data manipulation and presentation.
On-site location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Experienced in analyzing real estate or housing market investment trends within the EMEA region, particularly living sectors.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines with strong organizational skills in a matrixed global organization.
Familiarity with AI tools for data tasks, and preferably experience with data visualization platforms and advanced analytics tools.
