Experience with power electronics controllers, embedded systems, ECU architecture, and requirements management tools such as Polarion.
Experienced in leading functional safety teams and managing customers/stakeholders in electrification or automotive power electronics domain.
Strong technical knowledge of safety standards (ISO26262) and practical application to power electronics subsystems and embedded controller design.
Capability to work cross-functionally with system and hardware architects globally, handling detailed product requirements and verification planning.
