Own and drive the technical product strategy, roadmap, and backlog execution for the Jaggaer (SourceGate+) platform focused on Strategic Sourcing capabilities, including RFQ management and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Lead end-to-end delivery and governance of multiple interdependent sourcing initiatives ensuring high-quality execution, product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency across sourcing platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM-related field.

Experience working with Agile teams in enterprise environments and strong knowledge of system integrations, data flows in sourcing platforms.
Strong experience managing product backlog and delivery using tools like Azure DevOps, Rally, or Jira.
Demonstrated ability to align business sourcing priorities with scalable, technical platform solutions and lead large-scale enterprise platform implementations or transformation programs.
Proven track record of managing complex interdependent initiatives with disciplined execution and stakeholder management across procurement, legal, IT, and cross-functional teams.
Experience with sourcing or procurement platforms like Jaggaer (SourceGate+) or source-to-pay (S2P) systems, and familiarity with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
