Lead and manage a global team of 50+ FTE to ensure productivity, SLA adherence, and engagement across procurement and supply chain operations.
Own end-to-end service delivery for procurement (direct and indirect), order management, logistics, warehousing, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and mobile/fleet administration.
Drive operational governance, continuous improvement via Lean Six Sigma, digital transformation, AI/RPA adoption, and deliver actionable analytics through dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos).
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Master's in Operations Management.
Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and/or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) mandatory.
Experience managing large teams (30+ FTE) and end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations globally.
Proficient in Oracle EBS/Cloud SCM, ERP systems, AI tools, RPA methodologies, and supply chain planning software; advanced English proficiency (C1).
Experienced leader with proven ability to manage large, global teams and complex procurement and supply chain workflows in a technology-driven environment.
Strong operational focus with expertise in driving digital transformation, automation, data analytics, and vendor/supplier performance management.
Comfortable working in night shift (India time), collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders like Finance, IT, Sales, and external vendors.
