Own and drive the strategic development and revenue growth of lending platform products focused on business loans, including Loan Origination Systems, KYC, and user onboarding.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from defining requirements, sprint execution to launch, ensuring compliance within regulated frameworks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver API-based lending platform solutions and integrations, and define data-driven success metrics for product shipments.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
Minimum 5 years of product management experience with mandatory fintech/lending domain expertise.
Hands-on experience with product data flows and tools such as Figma, AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Code) and JIRA/Agile methodologies is required.
Experience or understanding of credit underwriting processes, repayments, collections, and usage of Business Rules Engines preferred but not absolutely mandatory.
Experienced in scaling and managing lending financial products within regulated environments, comfortable handling multiple high-impact projects independently.
Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to engage hands-on with data systems and product design tools to solve operational and compliance challenges.
Proven capability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders towards coherent product strategies and effective customer-driven enhancements.
