Support the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a program ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery aligned with business objectives.
Build and maintain program documentation such as plans, timelines, RAID logs, status reports, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms.
Coordinate stakeholders, track milestones and action items, support change management, maintain quality management system (QMS), and conduct audits and root cause analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
PMP and Six Sigma Greenbelt certifications mandatory; Six Sigma Blackbelt desirable.
Knowledge of ISO 9000 quality systems and ISO 9001:2015 certification required.
Experienced in managing multiple concurrent operational projects with strong program documentation and communication skills.
Skilled in continuous improvement using lean tools and data-driven decision making within quality management environments.
Proficient at stakeholder management with demonstrated ability to link project work to business results and KPIs.
