Own SAP HCM module functional consulting including configuration, support, and end-to-end implementation for HR processes such as PA, OM, PD, and ESS/MSS Portal.
Lead client engagement to gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and provide SAP HCM solution design and prototyping.
Manage project deliverables, end-to-end testing, UAT support, cutover activities and provide ongoing application service support in an international agile environment.
6-7 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting with at least 1-2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.
Graduate degree required.
Strong knowledge in SAP HCM modules like Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Personnel Development, ESS/MSS Portal, and User Authorizations.
Preferred experience with Inbound/Outbound Interface, LSMW, data migration, and SAP HCM Core Certification.
Experienced in consulting and supporting SAP HCM implementations for complex, multi-functional, international clients, preferably in aerospace or production environments.
Demonstrates strong client-facing and communication skills, capable of leading requirement analysis and configuration discussions with European customers.
Capable of independently managing multiple deliverables/projects while providing mentorship and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and project methodologies.
