Create and author learning content for Instructor Led Training (ILT) and eLearning, including design of assessments and job aids.
Own end-to-end management of multiple ILT programs achieving over 90% NPS scores, including continuous improvement through SOP updates.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) functions such as course creation, assignment, tracking, and analyze training data to enhance program effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in Learning & Development or related field.
Experience with LMS, content authoring tools, and delivering both in-person and online technical training.
Experience in health insurance or consumer-directed benefits products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) is a plus but not mandatory.
Experienced in planning, designing, and executing training programs with measurable impact (e.g. 90%+ NPS).
Comfortable working collaboratively with subject matter experts and multiple stakeholders to develop and improve learning content.
Capability to leverage data analysis for continuous learning program improvements and optimize LMS usage.
