Own and manage monthly close and forecast processes for selected business functions, providing detailed analysis on actuals versus forecast including trend and risk identification.
Drive cost discipline by applying zero-based budgeting to functional spending, including headcount forecasting and cost allocation.
Partner with functional teams to support financial modeling, identify cost-efficiency opportunities, standardize forecasting/reporting processes, and provide ad-hoc analysis to senior leadership.
4 to 8 years of progressive finance experience in a global business environment with exposure to global finance processes.
Educational qualifications: B.Com, CA, CMA, or MBA.
Experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as Oracle, SAP, Hyperion, OneStream, Qlik Sense, and advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
