Lead budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and month close processes within the global India Finance COE.
Provide financial leadership and analytics for estimates, budget setting, high impact cost analysis (headcount, contractors), and financial reporting including Bowler, Dashboard, and P&L reports.
Develop and maintain SOPs, deliver error-free financial reports, highlight key business performance drivers, risks, and opportunities, and support process simplification projects.
3 - 6 years of progressive finance experience (preferably in FP&A).
Bachelor's degree in Commerce plus MBA, CA, or CMA qualification.
Strong proficiency in financial systems such as OneStream, Oracle, Hyperion, Qlik with advanced Excel skills.
On-site role in Bangalore, working hours 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM.
Experience operating in a global finance environment with understanding of global processes and transaction flows.
Strong analytical capability linking financial results to operational drivers and generating actionable insights.
Experience with financial process improvements and BI tools like QlikSense or OneStream is advantageous.
