Organize and standardize data from firm systems for compliance testing by Branch Examiners.
Support rollout, extraction, and certification of annual Compliance questionnaires across WM branch personnel.
Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deliverables and assist with automation and process improvements in compliance testing.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience expected for the role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to use various internet applications and tools.
Basic understanding of financial markets and knowledge of global markets or market regulations.
Coverage Monday to Friday from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM with flexibility for business needs and some Indian holidays.
Experience coordinating among multiple stakeholders and facilitating meetings to resolve issues.
Ability to perform detailed data analysis and support process automation for compliance functions.
Capable of working independently and managing tasks within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
