Lead proof of concepts (POCs) and refine requirements with Product Managers, Process Experts, and Architects to standardize and scale software supply chain and service operations functions.

Demonstrated ability to lead functional consulting engagements including stakeholder management, requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution consulting on Enterprise Service Management platforms.
Strong communication and leadership skills capable of influencing senior colleagues, with professional demeanor and fluency in English.
