Comfortable leading cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders for integrated workforce and reward strategies.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and familiarity with reporting/visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to drive operational excellence and process improvements.
