Own and execute end-to-end processing of payments including SWIFT messages (MT103, MT202), FED payments, internal transfers, and FX transactions.
Review and verify fund-related vendor invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with banking codes (ABA, Sort Code, BSB, BIC, IBAN, RTGS, NEFT) and settlement instructions (SSIs).
Provide daily payments support to global locations by managing shared mailboxes, prioritizing payment processing, resolving queries, and escalating issues to management as needed.
Experience Required: Prior experience in manual payments/wires processing environment with clear understanding of payment flows.
Strong knowledge of SWIFT messages (MT103, MT202), FED payments, and global banking codes (ABA, Sort Code, BSB, BIC, IBAN, RTGS, NEFT).
Ability to review and interpret Standard Settlement Instructions and identify discrepancies.
Flexibility to work in any shift timing as per business requirements.
Experienced in Payments, Banking, or Treasury operations, preferably with exposure to Transfer Agency functions.
Capable of handling high volume, time-sensitive payment processes across multiple locations with strict adherence to cut-off times.
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams and escalate critical issues appropriately.
