Manage issuance and negotiation of Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees for crude and oil product trading transactions ensuring compliance with company policies.
Approve cargo loadings/discharges and oversee risk management decisions to minimize financial exposure and losses.
Coordinate with Deals Desk and Oil Operations to align financial, risk, and logistical requirements, and handle invoicing and shipping document processes for timely payments.
Minimum 2+ years experience in Trading Company or Financial Institution with basic understanding of Trade Finance instruments.
Postgraduate degree in Finance or Master’s degree required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and excellent spoken/written English.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in relevant trade finance or trading environment.
Experienced in international oil trading finance operations with strong knowledge of trade finance instruments and risk management.
Operates effectively under pressure with strong problem solving, coordination, and attention to detail.
Able to build and maintain strong relationships internally (Operations, Traders, Treasury) and externally (Banks, Insurance, Counterparties).
