Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle EPM Cloud applications including FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, and EDMCS to support financial consolidation, tax reporting, account reconciliation, and master data governance.
Drive process improvement and transformation of finance operations by reviewing current Oracle and non-Oracle business processes and implementing approved efficiency, accuracy, and control enhancements.
Manage end-to-end functional consulting activities including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing (CRPs, SIT/UAT), production support, and collaboration with finance and technology stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 5 years as a functional lead supporting Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with strong hands-on experience in FCCS, TRCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.
At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
Experienced in managing Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with a strong grasp of financial close, consolidation, tax reporting, account reconciliation, and enterprise master data processes.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and testing phases to deliver configuration and process improvements aligned with business controls and reporting needs.
Familiar with preparing detailed functional documentation, training materials and supporting system migrations and integrations within complex enterprise environments.
