Supervise daily operations of the Charges team to meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time targets including charge entry and claim submission.
Serve as primary operational contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, resolving escalations, and leading regular performance review meetings.
Lead end-to-end customer onboarding, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation, compliance, and timely go-live milestones.
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle Management with at least 2 years in supervisory or team lead role in Charges or Billing function.
Experience in customer onboarding and client relationship management essential.
Strong knowledge of charge entry, claim creation, payer rules, healthcare billing workflows, and proficiency in medical billing software and EHR/PM systems.
Experienced in managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously with strong project coordination skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with demonstrated leadership and coaching ability.
Familiarity with behavioral health or ambulatory care billing practices and relevant EHRs like CareLogic or Credible is preferred.
