Own credit approval processes including detailed financial reviews at line level, customer credit limits, and monitoring high-risk customers continuously throughout the day.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of customer business account and contact data through validation with government and third-party sources, supporting bulk data quality projects.
Perform root cause analysis on data and credit issues, lead process improvements, and conduct SOX/internal compliance testing including documentation and reporting.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
7+ years of experience in Order to Cash functions, preferably Credit and/or Data Quality, or equivalent related experience.
Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills including array formulas, index-match, pivots; familiarity with finance tools such as Oracle, Looker, Tableau, Salesforce.
Willingness to work primarily late evening or late night shifts as part of a global shared services team.
Experienced professional with full ownership of end-to-end OTC-related credit and data quality processes demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Comfortable navigating complex financial data, contracts, and compliance requirements with proven ability to implement AI automation and process improvements.
Collaborative operator who works effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders in a large global enterprise environment.
