Lead the AMIO Regional technical training teams to develop, adapt, and implement Technical Training Academy strategy aligned with European and Global standards across the AMIO region.
Monitor and report on local technical training KPIs to improve country performance and quality in the AMIO region.
Coordinate and support collaboration between regional and central technical training functions, including budget planning, training deployment, and certification program execution.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Certified Technical Trainer; Certified Nissan Master Technical Trainer (NML accredited); EV certified Technical Trainer is preferred.
5-7 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in Nissan technical training and aftersales/service workshop.
Proficiency in English/Arabic/French and MS Office tools; experience with LCMS (ELUCIDAT) and LMS (Saba cloud) is a plus.
Experienced automotive technical trainer with demonstrated success leading regional training strategies and programs.
Strong capability in coordinating multi-market training initiatives with a focus on technical skills upgrades and certification adherence.
Results-oriented with ability to monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and align local implementation with global training policies in a complex multinational environment.
