Location requirement: Bangalore, with readiness to travel; possession of Passport.
Experienced in automotive aftermarket operations with proven ability to manage dealer network and improve customer satisfaction indices (CSI).
Operates with strong analytical orientation towards dealer business performance, forecasting, and parts inventory control.
Capable of coordinating multi-stakeholder interactions (dealers, NSC teams, vendors) and executing Aftersales strategic initiatives within defined KPIs.
