Manage accounting operations and month-end close activities for EMEA region ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, MIS, bank reconciliations, and maintain fixed asset register with monthly reconciliation.
Coordinate audits (statutory and interim) and collaborate with auditors and internal teams; perform accounting entries, invoice approvals, and support tax-related accounting tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate general ledger accounting, preferably with CA Intermediate and Articleship completed.
Experience with German GAAP (HGB), Swiss GAAP, IFRS, and knowledge of sales tax/input tax related accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with SAP/S4Hana preferred; English language proficiency; German language knowledge advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced accountant comfortable handling EMEA region's accounting under German and international GAAP standards.
Capable of independently managing financial statement finalization, reconciliations, audits, and cross-team coordination.
Familiar with ERP systems (especially SAP/S4Hana) and applying tax codes relevant to German corporate accounting.
