Own end-to-end supplier onboarding on ERP (Microsoft D365) including document verification and record keeping.
Manage purchase requests, source vendors using RFQ/RFP processes following procurement policies, and oversee timely release of POs.
Maintain procurement records, contract lifecycle management, supplier communications across India and overseas, and drive sustainable procurement practices including supplier diversity and carbon neutrality goals.
Experience in indirect procurement within IT/ITES or large organizations with global exposure.
Proficient in sourcing categories like Administration, IT, Manpower Services, and Professional Services.
Hands-on experience with procurement ERP systems (Microsoft D365), sourcing/procurement tools, contract lifecycle management, and conducting audits.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate required; Engineering degree/MBA preferred; Procurement certification (CPP/CIPS/CPSM) desirable.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including IT, Admin, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
Strong skills in drafting and executing procurement SOPs, reviewing commercial contract clauses, and RFP management with commercial and technical evaluation.
Ability to manage procurement operations autonomously and deliver on sustainability initiatives such as carbon neutrality and supplier diversity programs.
