Own and govern the Quality Management System (QMS) including policies, procedures, and records ensuring alignment with engineering workflows and audit readiness.
Coordinate evidence collection and validation from engineering tools (Jira, CI/CD, access logs) for compliance with multiple audit frameworks including ISO 9001 and SOC 2.
Serve as SailPoint's quality management representative for GxP-regulated life-sciences customers, managing audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
10+ years experience maintaining a QMS in a software or SaaS environment.
Hands-on evidence and audit coordination experience with one or more frameworks: SOC 2, ISO 27001 family, CSA STAR, C5, TISAX, FedRAMP, IRAP, or GovRAMP.
Working fluency with engineering and observability tooling such as Jira, Confluence, CI/CD pipelines, and access control systems.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years in relevant QMS roles.
Experienced in managing multi-framework audit readiness and compliance specifically in SaaS or software development environments.
Skilled at embedding quality management within engineering delivery workflows and automating evidence collection to reduce manual efforts.
Proven ability to engage cross-functionally including Engineering, Product, Compliance and customer-facing teams, especially supporting regulated life-sciences accounts.
