Lead and manage projects focused on energy transition solutions, primarily for clients transitioning to or operating in renewable energy sectors (including renewables, green hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, nuclear, energy storage).
Develop and implement structured project plans ensuring timely completion, manage internal KPIs such as margins, expenses, invoicing, and oversee risk and quality evaluations.
Drive business development by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and managing a project team with responsibilities for capacity building and internal compliance.
5-10 years of industry and/or consulting experience, with a minimum of 3 years in consulting preferred.
Graduate degree required, preferably Engineering; MBA from a tier-1 B school preferred.
Mandatory technical expertise in renewable energy technologies: renewables, green hydrogen and derivatives, biofuels, carbon capture, nuclear, energy storage technologies.
Must be willing to travel up to 80%, based in Mumbai, and open to working from client locations as needed.
Experienced in consulting or industry roles related to cleantech and renewable energy technologies listed in job.
Capability to manage end-to-end project delivery with structured planning, risk & quality management, and team leadership.
Comfortable with dynamic client-facing roles involving business development and extensive travel.
