3+ years of experience in Blackline support or finance systems support.
Good understanding of Record to Report (R2R) and financial close processes.
Familiarity with ERP integrations, preferably Oracle, and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech) or MBA/PGDM in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
Experience in finance transformation and stable production support in finance close operations with Blackline.
Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration involving finance, IT, and support teams for issue resolution.
Comfortable handling functional troubleshooting, incident management, and process documentation in a regulated finance environment.
